I had risers put in flush with the ground. Tim, the guy that did the installation was great. He went above and beyond and explained some things to me that were very educational.

Averett Septic Tank Company was very polite and punctual. I want to call out Alex Jordan. I schedule an appointment, and Alex came to Lake Placid to evaluate a picture I sent them of my driveway septic tank cover. Alex immediate diagnosed and determined a corrective action to get my tank pumped!His contacts and resources were a great help! On Monday, a young healthy man (I think his name is Josh) came to my place and removed the 3/4" metal plate that Alex procured to pump my tank.My tank was a mess; it hadn't been pumped in over 20 years.I highly recommend Averett Septic Tank Company, Alex and Josh! I would have added some photo; Josh took a bunch for my file.

I called Averett for service and they were able to come out the same day. Timmy was a great technician. He was very informative and did such a great job in a timely manner.

Alex Jordan came by to my house to evaluate the condition of our system, including the pumps, warning device and the drainfield. He was very good at explaining how to make sure our system operates at optimum levels. He gave me some recommendations on avoiding problems in the future with leaky plumbing fixture. All in all, we could not be more pleased with his visit to our house and the honest recommendations that he made. He did not try to oversell.

They contacted me as soon as they had an opening for service.Jerome Jordan came out and checked my tank during storm duty and found my drain field wasn’t working.Then Jerome set up service until he could get the permits to start ,the whole team that was here was amazing professional and committed to getting the job done . I am so grateful for Averett Septic tank company ,now I dont worry about the rain ,no more overflows .
