Incredible experience start to finish.Called and made an initial appointment to check out a sunken area where the septic tank sat. This company best ! Very nice people always professional secretary so nice kind … they’re on time never late ! Not like other contractors you always fear this ! But no I was impressed no hassle smooth from beginning end … :)My system went out we got them to help us it was amazing ! No mess no dirt ! I was scared ! But nope amazing ! The crew worked rain towards end ,,, swept driveway street to insure it look clean ! Words can’t explain outstanding services guys !And yes had flower bed no damage none … to plants they promised job get done one day got done less time ….As far pump puts we used them to in between the contract being signed they serviced me while we waited for my permits …

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGHI called SEVEN companies today (Friday morning) and was shut down by all of them, then I called Averett. They were there on time as scheduled the same day which was a few hours later, they worked quickly and got my septic pumped out and replaced my pump within a couple hours. Parts available and ready, no extra time neededI was at work and they were very friendly to my wife and explained all the details which I greatly appreciate from anyone doing service at home when I'm gone. Great attitudes on the phone and in person, ready to work and ready to make money! Fair pricing on everything. 10/10 will be calling them again for future services.Thank you again guys!

Sonny scheduled our recent emergency, all toilets and drains were backing up into the house. Jacob came out that day, took care of the situation, explained why it happened and what we can do to ensure it will never happen again. Averett recently replaced our drain field and they were exceptional from start to finish. They committed and stuck to our original install date with no delays, offered to pump our old tank in between if needed, were there on time the day of and showed up fully prepared, working together like a well oiled machine. They were able to provide a rough timeline for the day which was important to us for planning purposes and even finished slightly earlier than anticipated. All interactions with various employees the day of was positive and professional. Jerome managed our project and was great to work with as well. We were extremely happy with our experience and highly recommend them.

My septic lines failed. Averett employees were prompt, professional, and attentive, answering all of my questions (I ask lot of those!). Their estimate competitive and detailed. They did NOT try to upsell or do unnecessary work. They made me feel welcome when I watched them work and they answered questions along the way (yep, more questions, haha). They focused on quality and customer care. They even pumped the tank (at no additional charge) so it wouldn't back up while waiting for the repair date. I plan to use them again and have already recommended them to friends. Needed my septic tank pumped at my house. Heard many good things about Averett. Gave them a call and they came out and provided excellent service! Johnnie was very knowledgeable and even recommended some expensive yet effective liquid bacteria that will greatly extend the life of my drain field and help with my tank. I was very pleased and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Remember, you get what you pay for. Don't call some fly by night, shady company because they are the cheapest around.. Call Averett!

Had a new drainfield installed. The overall service was an A+. From start to finish.Everything was well planned & scheduled a few weeks out but when the time came for service they were very prepared. Started noticing our drains were slowly draining and knew we were about to have some septic issues! Being fairly new to Florida, I asked a coworker who to use for septic pumping and possible repairs. They gave a business name and called them. They told me they were about a week or so out but recommend Averett. That was very nice of them so I called Averett. Glad I did! I called Monday afternoon and they were out Wednesday morning at the time they said they would be here. Scott showed up and I told him the problems I was having. He got to work immediately and found the location of both septic tanks. Fixed a clogged pump, cleaned out a full tank, inspected the other tank and cleaned out the filter and made sure everything was working properly. Scott was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The cost was less than what was originally quoted when I called. (The office personnel were extremely nice and professional also! Talked to a real person the entire time and not a machine) I added an extension lid to the tank to make it easier to clean in the future. Price was right and Scott was able to save me some money. Highly recommend Averett for anyone needing septic service! I will definitely use them again and put their number in my phone in case of an emergency! Thank you Scott and Averey Septic Tank for being quick to fix my problem!

I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with Averett today. Late morning Saturday my wife comes out to the garage to inform me that all drains are backing up, nearly losing my mind because it is the weekend I called Averett. The phone number went to an actual employee and not a call service, dispatch was able to get Billy out to my home later that afternoon. Billy arrived right on time, located the septic in seconds and reviewed all possible scenarios. As luck would have it my tank was just VERY full. Billy went straight to work and my plumbing was up and functioning properly in no time. Billy was courteous and professional, a great representative for his company. The charge was slightly greater than a regular pump because it was the weekend but I without a doubt got my money’s worth. I will definitely be recommending Averett to all those in need of septic service and will look to them for any needs in the future. Thanks again to Averett and Billy for saving the day!

Mike professionally cleaned out my septic and is a great member of the Averett Septic crew. He values his work and goes above, and beyond to get it done right the first time, he opened both ends, went above and beyond, cleaned my filter, and sealed the sides of the concrete entry ways to avoid rain water to enter, unlike the other septic company I used 6 months ago, that just sucked on go. I have had Averett come out three different times. One for a pump, one for installing risers, and most recently to replace the main line going from my cleanout to the tank. Each visit, they were on time and friendly. They do the job the right way and don't over charge you.
