Septic Pumping and Inspection
Septic Pumping: Includes: Locating tank and uncovering hatches. Pumping entire contents and cleaning tank. Checking structure of tank. Cleaning of filter, this needs to be done annually.
Green Swamp Certification: consists of pumping the tank, checking structure of the tank, cleaning the filter, and checking the drainfield for ponding or wet spots, and filling out the Department of Health’s form.
Real Estate/Mortgage: This inspection is performed when the current homeowner is selling the residence, and the buyer or mortgage company would like to verify the operating condition of the system.
Grease Trap Pumping: We pump commercial grease traps. We recommend pumping grease on a regular basis. The average commercial grease trap is pumped every 90 days. Commercial routine contracts are available, so you never have to think about it.
